Harvest Hollow began with a simple wish: to grow the kind of food we wanted to feed our own family, and to share it with our neighbors. We farm 14 hillside acres in the Driftless Region — no synthetic pesticides, no shortcuts, just patient work, healthy soil, and a deep respect for the seasons.

When you join our CSA, your membership plants the season. That early commitment lets us grow a wide, beautiful variety of crops and pick each one at the moment it's ripest — then get it into your hands within hours, not days. You eat with the seasons, discover new favorites, and taste the difference that care makes.

What we believe

Good food is a relationship, not a transaction. We believe in feeding people well, farming in a way that leaves the land better than we found it, and sharing both the abundance and the work of a real growing season.
